Paid features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

Talkpitch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
